The latest PUBG MOBILE 0.13.0 update has just dropped in and the new 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode is the start of this update. With short sessions not following the same-old battle royale system, this breathes life back into PUBG MOBILE.
Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation have announced that the game has clocked more than 400 million downloads and 50 million daily active users outside of China. The update also adds Godzilla: King of the Monsters Theme along with multiple other thematic events, rewards and more, Vikendi Footprints, Third-Party Anti-Cheat System, and more.
PUBG MOBILE versions 0.13.0 update has been in the centre of attention for a while now. Previous PUBG MOBILE updates have been bringing new in-game content to keep players interested and the Survive Till Dawn ‘zombie’ mode certainly gave players a new way to spend time in PUBG MOBILE. While the zombie mode was a breath of fresh air to the paling battle royale matches in the Classic mode, I struggled to find it engage me deeply with the game.
Hence, when Call of Duty Mobile beta dropped in, I tried it out for a while and was in love with the new Deathmatch mode. Soon enough, the PUBG MOBILE team announced that it will bring a new player-vs-player deathmatch mode to the game – sounded interesting. After waiting for a while now, the team has finally dropped the 0.13.0 update containing the new 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode (yay!). I have logged in a couple of hours in this mode and I have to say – go ahead and play it immediately
